1: AR or Augmented reality
Augmented reality is when you combine virtual reality with the real world to augment your existing reality. For example, a pair of glasses that let you see holograms and play video games in your living room.
2: Self Driving Cars
Self drivings cars are already here but they are cars that drive them selfs. This car uses AI (artificial intelligence) and cameras to drive the car and keep you safe.
3: 5G
You have probably heard of a 4G cellular network well 5G is the faster cellular network. It will almost be faster than Wi-Fi and it will have a greater band width.
4: Satellite Internet
Elon Musk is planning to launch satellites into space and create a satellite network, it will allow internet access from anywhere in the world.
5: Cloud Data and Storage
Being able to store data in the cloud is not a new idea but it is very useful. As technology advances, this may be the best way to store most of your data, in the cloud.
6: Virtual Reality
A virtual reality headset creates a virtual space that you can interact with, you get to do almost anything in this virtual world. This technology is growing very fast and in the future, may be used for many things.
7: Deep AI learning
AI or Artificial Intelligence is when a programmer creates something like a human brain in a computer but this brain can’t do anything because it has to learn what to do. Deep learning is a way for AI to learn like a human and develop skills all on its own.
8: Automated Robots
Robots doing there own things powered by AI is coming to the future. This technology is being worked on and is growing and in the near future we may see robots doing almost everything for us.
9: Quantum Computers
Quantum Computers are a more powerful computer able to do many times more tasks than a normal computer. When Quantum Computers show up in the market many more things will be possible maybe even things we can’t even imagine.
10: 3D printing
3D printing is amazing, the ability to take a 3D computer module and print it out of material. Currently, the only material you can print out of is plastic, but there is already been development in metal material and a carbon fiber one.
